Position: Wireless Phone Sales Associate
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Type: Temporary (Seasonal), Full-Time/Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist holiday shoppers in selecting the ideal wireless phones, accessories, and plans
- Provide expert guidance on the latest mobile devices and technologies
- Create a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Stay updated on current promotions and deals to offer the best options to customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during the busy season
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in the wireless industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and wireless carriers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high customer traffic
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
